Burgundy again

Chcę już wiosnę. To najczęstsze życzenie, które ostatnio wypowiadam. Codziennie rano, gdy podnoszę rolety sprawdzam, czy ten uporczywy śnieg wciąż leży jeszcze na pobliskiej łące. I leży. Nowy nie pada, a ten jak na złość nie chce stopnieć. A termometr momentami pokazuje dodatnią temperaturę. Dość krótko tu mieszkam, ale jednak na tyle długo żeby przyzwyczaić się do ciepłych zim. Rok temu zakładałam już półbuty! Patrząc na pogodę zapowiadają albo mroźne dni w towarzystwie śniegu, albo cieplejsze z ulewami. Sama momentami nie wiem już co lepsze. Cieszę się jednak, że styczeń ma się ku końcowi. Dla mnie był to zawsze najbardziej ponury miesiąc w roku. Po Bożym Narodzeniu, Sylwestrze z perspektywą długiego czasu do wiosny. A w lutym to już momentami czuje się wiosnę w powietrzu no i w okolicach jego połowy na sercu robi się też jakoś cieplej :)

Ich möchte den Frühling. Das ist der häufigste Wunsch den ich letztens habe. Jeden morgen wenn ich das Rollo nach oben ziehe prüfe ich ob der Schnee noch immer an der nahe liegenden Wiese liegt. Und das tut er. Obwohl die Temperatur manchmal im plus ist. Es schneit kein neuer sondern der alte will nicht verschwinden. Und in der Wettervorhersage gibt es entweder kalte Tage mit Schnee oder wärmere mit regen. Manchmal weiß ich selber nicht was besser ist. Aber ich bin froh, dass Januar schon fast zu Ende ist. Dieser Monat ist immer der meist deprimierende für mich im Jahr. Es ist schon nach Weihnachten und nach Silvester und Frühling liegt noch lange vor uns. Aber Februar ist schon viel besser, manchmal spürt man schon den Frühling in der Luft und in der Mitte des Monats wird es irgendwie wärmer ums Herz :)

I want spring. That is my most commonly spoken wish lately. Every morning when I put up the blinds I look at the nearby meadow to see if the snow is still there. And it is. It isn't going melt. Even when the temperature is over zero. At the weather forecast they tell that it will either be frosty with snow or warmer but with a lot of rain. Sometimes I don't know what is better. I am glad that January is over. In my opinion it is the most depressing month in the whole year. Christmas and New Years Eve has passed and it is a long way to spring. But February is better, sometimes You can smell the spring in the air and in the middle of the month it gets warmer in Your heart :)
